I am sorry Madam, but it seems he is not in his office right now since he does not pick up his phone.

Ok.. lets get things ready till he answers his phone.

Me: Ok madam ..it is done.. this  service costs you ( ) JD

That's why I am asking to talk to Mr. T!

Do you have his mobile number?

Me: No, I am sorry I don't have it.

What should we do now?

Me: Anyways, there are other customers wait their turn meanwhile.

C :  what's going on? How can we help you lady?

She waits Mr. T to arrange discount for her but he is not in his office right now.

C: Ok, no problem,    sum of 10 JD will not make a difference. Do it for her.

Why some people think they are so important and they are an exception. I am sure that this  10 JD does not make a difference for her. I think being classy means not to dress and talk nicely , but to respect common rules and what is applied on others should be applied on you.
